Any Jeep owners out there have good/bad experiences with the subject program?
I used them in 2021 with paperwork discrepancies on my wife’s Grand Cherokee and had excellent results.
Called them recently with issues on her new 2024 GC, and it seemed the reps were clueless and issues were not resolved. I also noted that the 3 free oil changes & tire tire rotations dropped from 3 to 2.
Is Stellantis messing with a good thing here?

My family has had good/bad experiences which pretty much all of the brands out there. A lot of it depends on your supporting (or not so supportive) local dealership.

We have a really good family owned Jeep dealership near me. They are great to deal with, and never hesitated to reach out to corporate on behalf of us to fix any problems. Unfortunately, a lot of the dealers in my area are being bought by chains, and the service at those dealers is going into the toilet. They pretty much tell you to pound sand. This is the case with our local Honda, Mercedes, and Ford dealerships, as well as the Jeep dealer a few towns over. Absolutely horrible service, and the Honda used to be one of the best before they were bought out.

Have you reached out to your Jeep selling dealer, or Jeep servicing dealer to correct the issues?
Also, if you care to share, what are/were the issues?
