Jailbreaking your iPad?

There seems to be a bunch of different utilities out there to accomplish this. Are any of them better than others? Spirit is the one that seems to get the most notice.

Have any of you jailbroken your iPads? Any comments/suggestions?

The only two Cydia applications worth having are My3G and MyWi.

The rest of the Cydia marketplace is almost entirely useless, really.

XBMC is what I want to run on it.

It looks like I'd have to downgrade to iTunes 9.2 to be able to perform the jailbreaking...

Not worth it. The battery drain is by far the biggest negative. For some reason, flashing/jailbreaking results in excessive battery usage at least from an Iphone 4 perspective.
