This was not a Chinese cake. The cake was baked at the request by a 6 year old girl from England. She wanted it for her birthday party, to scare her friends.

I really don't care for Chinese cakes. Some are beautiful creations, but they don't have any sweetness to them. It's like eating a sponge.

If I am faced with a choice between Chinese cakes, I'll always pick the one decorated with fruit. At least there's some sugar in them.
