FLUIDS QUIZ

it is 12 fluids. they forgot water. more specifically, condensate from the a/c. a very common cause of puddles under vehicles.

Here's something that I don't agree with:

6. Rotating tires front to rear, side to side:

(a) can extend tire life by 10%.
(b) can extend tire life by 20%.
(c) doesn't affect tire life but it causes more even tread wear.
(d) none of these.

My experience tells me that there's no difference in average/overall tire life ..but this indicates 20%. My answer was "C".

It's a poorly worded question but I agree with answer C. The tires would wear just as fast, only more evenly (i.e. the rear tires taking a larger chunk of the wear as well)
