That sort of damage to a car is in the comprehensive insurance, or if the guy who commit suicide has money left in the account, pay for the damage (or the car's blue book).

What's worse than suicide? a botched suicide that left you paralyzed or in a vegetable state.

Wow poor loser. I see lots of people try to kill themselves and fail. Friend of mine went to a scene where the guy tried to kill himself with a shotgun to the dome and slipped and just blew the side of his face off. Stabilize the weapon! Geez

Thats a good idea but then you would have more people trying it then law suits probably would cost them in the long run.
