Probably the 1,000th time aske about Nextgen, but they're usually comparisons. I can get Nextgen Maxlife for 1.99 a quart, and use a $5 off coupon making my oil close to nothing. Something about it being recycled makes me a little weery of it, but I don't know anything about the oil. It's for a 1996 Chevy C1500 5.7L with 151k miles

It is great oil use with confidence! It is partially recycled but is re refined. No worries at all I would put it against any other conventional oil.

Actually can get Mobil Super High Mileage for the same price, which is better, it or Nextgen?

Some on here would argue that Nextgen is a more modern formula, but I think either would work well. Get whichever is cheapest.

Only 50% of Nextgen is recycled and as posted, it is re-refined. This process is simpler than refining crude. I've sold lots of Nextgen and never had any customer issues.

It's what I run in my 97 K1500 suburban and 99 K1500 Tahoe.
I picked up 9 more quarts today at O'reilly at 3 quarts for less than a dollar.

I say stock up!!!!

It's a fine oil.Had been in "hers" car for close to 8000 miles/6.5 months and was just dumped for PP last weekend.Excellent choice for the "rebate" price.

No it isn't good oil...it's Awesome Oil! I have nextgen Maxlife in my old accord...and I am very pleased! If its a cheap price...stock up!
