Is my sliding door handle cable reversible?

The door handle is fine but the cable that operates the rocker arm in the center of the door to unlatch it has broken off from that point of attachment/operation.

The van is used as a bit of a utility van and so the right hand slider door is blocked by a low cabinet and is never used. To get the cabinet out of the way and put it back again is going to be a bit of a hassle, but if it saves me paying shop repair fees then I'll do it.

But before I get in there I want to know if anybody knows if the cable on the right is interchangeable with the left side. Looking at the one on the left side I can't see anything that is side specific about it, but some of parts have some nuance about them that that sometimes isn't obvious to those with little or no experience with such things.

THANK YOU.

Suggest looking for new one instead of breaking a working door. Brief google has Toyota door cables/parts coming back under $30.

I believe in looking up parts you’ll find if unique part numbers for right/left doors.
