Ipad help!

My wife has composed a long email on her Ipad, unfortunately she used an incorrect email address, and the message seems to be stuck in her outbox.

The address has been corrected in her contact list/Address book, But it still won't send and seems to be stuck, unalterable!!

I have tried to Google this problem, I get lots of hits, but no real solution.
This is getting a little urgent, so I'd appreciate any help I can get here.

The message won't copy/paste.

Ipad is a toy. Never use it for real work.

If you can still open the email in the outbox, I would just copy the text there, and paste it into a new message with the correct email recipient. Hold down or double tap on the email text body to copy the text i think, you might have to drag around to adjust the amount of text copied.

haha, my wife does about 100k per year and more than half is on an Ipad.

So she could make more with a "real" computer? I better tell her!
