Wow. Surely they had a tractor or pickup truck that could have pulled it out. Even at the extreme, it would have cost, what, 100 bucks to go rent a car hauling trailer?

Unless there was going to be another huge rain event a few days or so and the water level would have subsided making the barn easily accessible again.

I bet the optispark got wet. These corvettes have optispark which are notorious for water issues.

I agree; I had a 1996 with an LT4 that **sometimes** gave me fits in heavy rain here in Houston. Poor design...(but of course, it was never intended to go swimming like this guy did).
