I've seen for years internet saying "Mazda Rotary Engine Coming Back" but sounds like they've improved & evolved the technology.

I think rotary engines have issues with low torque and emissions issues.

Mazda- didn't they spend millions on a 'green' deisel figuring if VW can do it- so can we.....

I’ve never owned a wankel but did get a few miles in a classic rx-7. It was a really neat vehicle, unique driveline feel and deserved better recognition. Very cool. Friendly to rev with a very different character to it.
