What the? That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Don't even get me started.

Why would you want your car to make a whistling noise? It's just like all those turds who have little stock import cars with big coffee can mufflers. Yeah, I'm really impressed by your noisy 4 cylinder motor. It sounds like a 2-stroke. I especially love the cars with all the stickers, lowered suspension, rims, coffee can muffler, cold air intake, and bone stock motors. Anyway, I digress.

I just don't get the point of making your car as obnoxious as possible. Anybody with half a brain would realize that making your 87 Mercury Grand Marquis whistle DOES NOT MAKE IT COOL. Idiots.

Another smaller but growing group are the lifted diesel pickups with waxed shocks, low profile tires, turbo silencers removed and loud exhausts, what I call 'Corn' as a complement to the small 'Rice' cars.

Thats probably in Oakland. If its street legal then you can't complain. Its their car they can do whatever they want to it. I live near a fire station so I'm used to noise in general. I remember when some of the new buses (Neoplan) here made this screaming banshee sound because of the cooling fan or something.
