Had this roll into the shop today. It's a 1960 Lincoln Continental convertable. Things huge!

That Continental needs a Continental KIT.

That is where they mount the spare tire in it's own enclosure, upright, between the trunk and the bumper. The bumper is extended backward far enough to allow room.

The car just isn't long enough as it is.

You start by looking for two consecutive spaces....

You don't park it, you dock it....

Pretty much like my dads 67 Roadmaster, or my 69 Chrysler....

I took the hood off it so I could work on it!

Thing needs a fan clutch and so far none to be found. Car has factory dual AC and uses a different clutch than a non AC car and they won't interchange.

I wont put an electric fan on it and I really don't want to lock up the old clutch.

Nothin compares to a stock fan and working fan clutch plus the owner wants to keep it stock looking.

A Mark VIII fan would, but I understand the owners desire to keep it original.

Ya It might but those pull a whole lot of amps. Take about 50A to start and a constant 30A when running.

The Lincoln is equipped with a 25A generator so it would cool it till the battery went dead.
