I need a spam filter

I am getting very tired of spam emails trying to get me to buy replica Rolex watches or to check out Amber's personal web cam and private pics...Really tired of it even though most of it goes to my spam folder anyway. I would rather not deal with it at all. Is there an add-on or download you guys know of and/or recommend that will help filter the spam out? I use Windows 7, Firefox 21.0 and my email provider is Yahoo. If it matters, I use MSE and the paid version of MWB Pro. I appreciate any tips or help you can offer on this.

Thanks for the info, never heard of Mailwasher before. I will probably do the free trial and see how it goes. If I like it I may just buy it for myself and my wife's laptop too. Mailwasher looks like the best stand-alone program I have seen so far.
