RockAuto lists a to/from hose from the Hydroboost unit for a 93 Suburban.

Mine is a C1500 with 4WD and a 5.7L engine. Does it have Hydroboost? (New term to me).

If my Suburban does not have Hydroboost, does anyone know the length of the PS hoses, RockAuto lists two different lengths by about 4 inches. (Yes I can measure if someone does not know off the top of their head.)

Hydroboost is a power brake booster system that uses hydraulic pressure from the power steering pump instead of vacuum from the engine intake manifold. Its commonly used on diesel engines which don't generate any manifold vacuum and on turbo applications where manifold vacuum turns to high pressure at times.

Look at your power brake booster- if its a conventional looking large-diameter chamber, then you don't have hydroboost. Hydroboost is very small in comparison, and of course it also has obvious hoses going to and from the power steering system.
