P057C/C0161-00 codes and Vehicle shifts from park without brake pressed

Good evening,

I have a 2013 Chevy Suburban 1500 which needed some work. I'm going to list all the changes then the current issues. About two months ago it needed new brake pads so that was changed. This past week I noticed that the headlights and interior lights were constantly dimming in and out, so I checked the battery (which was replaced this year) and it was not being charged by the alternator, so I replaced that. While I was test driving it after replacing it, I noticed that the brake booster was going out (whole diaphragm was moving and a loud hissing noise coming from it when brakes were pressed). Up until this point there were no check engine lights or anything to suggest anything else was wrong with the vehicle. I bought a brake booster and replaced it with out issue. But, when I started to test drive it the check engine light, ABS and traction control lights came on and noticed that I could shift out of park without pressing the brake but could not shift out of park with the brakes pressed. The brakes and brake lights all work fine and there are no other issues. I used my code reader to see if it gave off a code and thats when it gave me the following codes:

C0161-00 - Antilock braking system Brake switch circuit
C1100-00 Brake pressure sensor 2
C0899-00 Control Module Power Circuit
P057C Brake Pedal Position sensor circuit low voltage
P057D brake pedal position sensor high voltage
C0299-5A Brake booster large vacuum leak detected

I googled and it stated that the codes that have to do with the brakes were due to the brake pedal position sensor being faulty. (I cleared the Vacuum alarm that was from me testing the hose after installing the booster).

Once I replaced the brake pedal position sensor the check engine light went away and so did all the codes except the P057C and P057D. I can still shift it out of gear without the brakes being pressed. I did some more research, and I found out that the sensor needs to be recalibrated, so I took it to one mechanic who recalibrated it. He stated that it still was having the same issues, and he could not figure it out. So, I took it to another mechanic, and he replaced the sensor and it is still having the same issue and he can't figure out why. Has anyone on here had this happen? Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? Any advice or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

There is a relearn procedure for when replacing the brake master cylinder primary position sensor. Did you follow these steps?
