I went through some older posts where HT/HS data was posted for many oils.
What are considered good numbers? Most seem to fall within the 2.9 to 3.2 range, while some hit 4.1(Delvac). If you look at Amsoil's xl7500 grp III series, it has a 3.5 HT which is higher then M1 10w-30. But would this be a reason to buy this oil over a grp. IV oil?
With so many high reving 4cly. engines, SVT Focus, Acura/Honda VTEC etc on the market, this seems like something that is overlooked at times when chosing an oil. The new Toyota Matrix and Honda S2000 have redlines around 8-9K rpms.

Thanks. I figured anything about 2.9 looked decent.
