I will note some oddities between my two reports; VOA to UOA.
- the titanium went from virgin 11 to 1 in the UOA. (But there was essentially no Ti in MVARs report)
- the Ca went UP; 1051 to 1094 (yet the VOA is down a bit from MVAR's report)
- the sulphur changed as well; way down from VOA to VOA
How much of this is a planned change, versus inaccuracy in spectral analysis? (Cross contamination of samples? Gauge R&R issues?)
Dunno.
More importantly, not sure I care.
I focus on wear data and contamination of the UOA; all is well in that regard.
