How to service tranny & what fluid to use??

Bull.Filters unless in heavy work conditions go at LEAST min.60k.On regular use vehivles we changed them at 90k first time.Flush is the ONLY way to go.Tranms life and shift quality is increased greatly and risk of pan leakage kep to a min.Some pans are on almost sideways and some filters not aren't even servicable unless major teardown.Pulled MANY a filter at 90k and not much differant then pulling one at 30k.Doing the filter every 15k or 30k is OLD school.Go with the flow.Your trans and the increase in shift quality and life will make YOU happy.

Synergy, I've had very bad luck with 4l60e and Maxlife Dex III. The fluid was burnt black at less than 10k miles. Many others have experienced problems with this particular trans/fluid combo. I recommend Supertech or Pennzoil.
