How to remove spray in liner?

Hopefully I am posting this in the right place. I have a RK toolbox that I covered with DIY hercules bedliner material. It has not held up well. I want to remove somehow so I can paint the box or take it to a spray in liner place and have it done right. Any ideas how to remove this stuff? Is there a solvent or cleaner that will break this stuff down?

xylene, but it aint going to be easy. I think you can spray another liner right over it though, don't get Ryno, get Linex or FMJ, they are ---- near bullerproof.

Once it's dried, nothing will remove it!
