How do I change the transmission fuilds on this suv? I been looking for video or website on the forums to see if anyone have done it or not on DIY. But I can't find it anywhere.

You can drain via the drain plug or do a full pan drop with gasket and filter replacement. From what I've heard (I used to have a 2000 ML320; hence the username

There is a dipstick tube with a red tab you have to break off in the engine bay when it comes time to refill. There is no dipstick but you can buy one. The easiest thing would be to measure out how much fluid ccomes out and put that exact amount back in. I believe the 98-99 MLs had a torque converter drain plug but dont know about other years. Check out benzworld.org; absolutely great forum for ML knowledge.
