I've had good luck with Amazon Warehouse stuff, enough that I look for it when I shop. There's always a chance their quality will go down. "Used - Good" pretty much means it has some damage.

Thanks! How do I get that consistently? is there a direct website?

Search parts for your car on Amazon then click on the part you like, on part page click on "Used from" at the bottom of the part descriptions then you will see the next page of all sellers, mostly Amazon Warehouse.

Most "Used" items from Amazon Warehouse were not really used, but more likely damaged package.

Wholly [censored]! Thanks! I owe you beer!

Not sure if you've thought of it but Hondas are very easy to work on in this regard (brakes). As long as you don't need to lube the slides, two bolts will allow you flip the caliper up, compress the piston, and insert new pads, and another two bolts will allow you to remove the whole caliper to change the rotor. I'm simplifying a bit here but it's not much more difficult than that.
Look into Centric Premium (premium is important here) for fairly-priced but good quality replacement rotors and just get OE pads from your local Honda dealer's parts dept.
