How many miles should i wait after adding a bottle of fuel system cleaner to install a new e the fuel fitler?

Wait!
What vehicle are you talking about? Any vehicle in the last 25 years has the fuel filter in an assemble with the fuel pump & float inside the fuel tank. Just because you're using a FSC, doesn't mean that you need to install a new fuel filter. You'd need to replace the whole assembly unless you're talking about an old vehicle that has their fuel filter externally.

theoretically the fuel filter on the fuel pump assembly can be changed. there's a service interval for this in my car's manual.

Now in practice it often means a new pump assembly, I don't think I've ever seen it done successfully.

The two are unrelated IMO. Is the concern the fuel cleaner possibly freeing up junk in your gas tank and clogging the fuel filter? That is not the design of a fuel cleaner unless you are dumping acetone into an old fuel tank.

Do you know you car even has one that's not inside the fuel tank?

The one fuel tank I dropped (93 Suburban) was pristine when I looked inside. Only thing dirty were my hands. It had a "sock" on the intake to the fuel pump.
