How long does unused motor oil protect for?

Long story short Im currently in a long term mental health facility and have been for 16 months.

My baby (aka my car) has been sitting for this amount of time. It has the 25,000 mile Mobil 1 oil in it but im worried the engine will take on rust from sitting so long.

Can anyone tell me if I should be concerned with anything engine wise? I'm planning on changing the oil as soon as Im released.

have someone run engine very few months otherwise condensation can cause rust in areas above the oil line, like valve covers rocker arms etc.

Worry about getting better.

Only thing I would worry about (besides getting better) is the battery being bad.
If you have someone that could go unhook it (and ideally bring it indoors and trickle charge it).
There are cars that sit for decades and have no oil related issues from sitting.

I'm well. Just gotta stay here until a judge releases me. Should be good to go in about 6 months.
