How does this grease look?

Do you think this is a good grease for boat trailer bearings?

Chevron Ulti-Plex Syn Grease EP
-High viscosity full synthetic base oil provides
-Wear resistance, EP - Good cold weather pumpability
-High Temp performance, oxidation inhibitiors
-Water resistant
-Tacky, resists fling-off

Applications include:
-Plain bearings (pins and bushings) and rolling element bearings
Extremely high and low temperature conditons
-Automotive chassis lube NLGI "LB"

NLGI Grade - #1.5
Thickener Type - Lithium Complex

Extracted Base Oil Viscosity:
cst @ 40C = 344
cst @ 100C = 35.5
Viscosity Index = 148

Operating Range C = -51 - 232
Timken OK Load, kg = 23

4 ball EP, kg:
Weld = 500
LWI = 79

4 Ball Wear scar, mm = 0.26
Water washout 79C %wt loss = 5

water wash out test is the key 5% is OK but think you can find some down to 1-2% which would be better Also tho you may never abuse the grease as the wash out test does.

Thanks for the reply Bruce. I used this grease this spring when I bought the boat and didn't do much research on grease and just used it. This weekend will be the last trip out and then I will be repacking this and every fall. I haven't taken the hubs off so I can't say how it has held up. Just looking on the chevron website, this grease doesn't mention anything about "anti-friction" bearings where a couple others do:

Chevron Rykotac:
Water Resistance 79C % loss = 2%

Chevron Black Pearl"
Water Resistance 79C % loss =
I think my answer is the black pearl. This is off their Product Sheet:
Chevron Black Pearl Greases perform particularly well in roller bearings. These products provide exceptional water wash out results. They perform well in applications where cascading water or actual bearing submergence can occur.

Company I work for sells Chevron lubricants so it is easy to get my hands on.

Black pearl is a Poly Urea as I remember and is very good for water conditions.
