Using your no touch washing system, I would be afraid to use any type of "touch" drying system such as chamois or waffle weave microfiber.
At least in my experience, a no touch home wash always leaves pockets of dirt film on the car. Drying it with any type of towel will pick up that dirt (a.k.a. - sandpaper) and leave you with micro scratches.
What type of car finish do you use that will not hold up to a mild pat down for drying?
I use high quality waffle weave towels to blot any remaining water off my vehicles, in the shade/garage.
