Those cracks are caused by the combination of heat and stress - similar to aging. Those tires need to be replaced And in the meantime, avoid traveling more than 35 mph.

Well, I got my new tires. I also beat the piss of the my old tires one last time, and they held up fine.

Mixed. Mostly autocross and canyon carving.
When in doubt, throw them out. If something happens and someone is hurt, you'll always regret driving on a tire when you knew better.
