How come no one discusses Motul on here?

Good question. I would guess it is not available in USA? We certainly discuss Redline a lot, but that is available relatively easily.

While Motul is a very good oil, I was under the impression it was mostly used for racing.

It's horrendously overpriced in Canada too (over $10/quart)

Its available here, Google Motul, you can get local distributors info from the parent company in Cal. I was under the assumption its as good as it gets but since its expensive, its a no-go for most applications; by the way, they don't discuss it all that much from the last time I checked in the Euro section either.

I used motul 5w40 in my saab and had amazing results. No one really seemed interested. Some people went as low as calling a poor oil because it is made in France.

Their 300v is for racing but there are lines can be used for daily drivers. Unfortunatley it can be pricey. I am running redline now since I can get t for 9.50/liter instead of 13 for motul.

Motul is sold here and is one of the top recommendations in the performance world of cars.

It is pricey no doubt.
