It's merely a product of too many design engineers growing up on grade "B" sci-fi and Japanese Anime

Saw one at the dealer, wasn't as bad as I expected.

They really toned it down from the concept.

I'd still buy their SUV if it came down to it.

Honestly, I thought the Dodge Ram was ugly when it first hit the market back in the early/mid 90s. After about 6 months, it began to grow on me (like a fungus

).

The current Chevy Silverado isn't exactly a masterpeice. I think this new Honda looks like a scaled down version of an Avalanche, which is also ugly.

I have read a few reviews since reading on here yesterday. This thing barely qualifies as a truck. It looks to be white collar all the way, which needless to say will fill most of the needs of the truck buyer of today. It will haul furniture, some mulch from Home Depot, and the jet ski to the lake for the weekend just fine, but if you actually use your truck for moderate to heavy payload and towing forget about it. This thing has a lower tow rating than my Dakota, according to the article I read 5000lbs. max.

I think it is a little homely but not ugly! The Aztec and Avalanch are ugly! I think it will grow on people kind of like Cadilacs edge heavy styling! It is like the girl next door tht has great gear but a homely face! Sooner or latter she will wear you down and bamm you are caught!!

P.S. Look at the mini-van! Personely I think they are and were the greatest scourge that has ever happened in the automotive world! Fast forward about 15-20 years and they are totaly accepted!
