Honda GXV 240, 3009 HTR Riding mower

I purchased this in May from a gentleman an hour north of Toronto. Plus a 30” deck, a GXV240 engine with full exhaust attached, relays and harness. The blade is a monster 29.875”

I read that these Honda mowers are nicely overbuilt. That 30” single blade must be a hoss.

Yup. It has a large airfoil to lift grass. The blade spins at 2200 rpm.

I have two: the 3013 posted earlier and this 3009. I got the 3013 from a farmer in Rowe Massachusetts for free. I’m still restoring it.
