Honda CR-V P0171

Working on a 2011 CRV with a code P0171. The engine has an audible vacuum leak and runs a bit rough at idle.

It seems like the hose going to the pcv valve has a leak in it but I can't see it very well as it goes under the intake manifold. If I move the hose around the engine runs better/worse.

Can a broken pcv valve hose cause this? I plan to remove the intake manifold tomorrow and get a better look. Honda wants like $45 for this hose and obviously isn't open tomorrow. Could I just replace it with the same size tubing from an auto parts store? The hose is held on with hose clamps.

It was the pcv hose that was bad. Replaced it and it runs great.
