That's wicked. Obviously that takes a lot of training to do. I hope their insurance company doesn't see that! LOL
It is a slow paced video but very cool no doubt... I would be a bit nervous if that were me....
So how did they get it up there in the first place?
That machine is actually designed to do that:

The Cartopper then rides along top of the
railcars, moving from car to car, loading or
