Recently bought a couple of 2 ton floor jacks and checked the fluid level, which was low. Asked my son to fill them up and he did but grabbed the synthetic DOT 4 hydraulic brake fluid to top them off. Sooo....am I screwed or is it OK or just drain and refill? Thanks......SR

I'm thinking tough of seals, but it depends on what material they used for your jack....drain and refill.

LOL I did that years ago made the "oil" milky and slugish just drian and refill a few times
