Use these with those extensions for dash work.

Looks like those extensions come with a kit like this one: Kobalt Specialized Toolkit
So those extensions are essentially part of a nut runner with interchangeable lengths. I could see a use (or two) for that, but I usually dont even bother with nut runners anymore. A swivel head ratchet quickly pivots into position, turning into a nut runner without the need to switch to a different handle.
