help how to change a pcv valve in a 2005 equinox

How to change the pcv valve in a 2005 cheby equinox. It's got a little bracket that covers it so you can't pull it out. It;s like tamper resistant. Help me out guys, if any guys would know it would be you guys.

Yeah it's a GM tamper resistant pcv valve. It's got a little braket thats attached to the valve cover that keeps it in place. You can see it clearly, but can't pull it out with out taking the little bracket off. It is my mothers car. She took it to a quick change place that over filled. It suck up oil. It is soaked. Does anyone know how to get that bracket off. It looks like you have too take the valve cover off and unbolt it from the inside. Someone has to know. If not will it hurt the pvc valve by getting filled with oil?

The whole thing looks 'tamper resistant' to me!
