Help decipher these lubricant container date codes …

Mobil 1 75-140 gear oil and Pentosin DOT 4 brake fluid. Just picked up from NAPA

The gear lube appears to have been bottled on the 22nd day of December 2013. Can't see the Dot code clearly as I am on my SP.

M1 around April 30th 2017
Brake Fluid is 2016

Neither company seems to publicly release their date coding method, so this is based on community tricks ive learned.

I was thinking the Mobil might be June 17, 2022. 22-F-17?

Or possibly the 22nd of January 2013 for the gear lube?
