Well after reading all these posts I am scarred for life

That year I had the heart attack I made a Xmas card and sent it out with a full frontal shot
My cousin Monica dug it...

My buddy can't handle seeing blood or having pain. He knows my home invasion story well but I had 5 hard pistol butt hits before I threw the guy to the floor and they didn't hurt and I thought he threw water on me because it was dark. I grabbed him by the throat when I seen him in the bathroom as a car went by. I got ticked off seeing him waiting to ambush me.

The hospital missed two of the hits even though they cut my hair out as it was matted with blood.

What hurt was the next morning when the scars stuck to my pillow overnight... my buddy was crying like a school girl on that one...

I once worked with a man who one day showed me the huge scar across his front abdomen below the ribcage. He said he was going from a bar to his vehicle, had the vehicle door open and someone knifed him from behind. He fell into his vehicle on the seat and grabbed his 45 and dropped the perp with one shot.

The scar was huge. He was lucky to live.

A new UPS guy instead of leaving my package at the door was banging on the door and I tripped in the shop and a steel rod went through my leg last year...that sucker never did heal.

A few days before my heart attack i had this smaller than a BB bump on my finger
Since I do metal and wood work daily I figured it was a piece of metal.
Like a fool I picked at it for a minute and it wouldn't quit bleeding. I wrapped it up and when I unwrapped it, the bleeding would continue.
Then I find myself in the hospital with the heart attack and they won't fix it and say it is a granuloma.

In the hospital for 13 days and it bled daily and they still won't fix it.

Two weeks out of the hospital I went to see a new to me doctor.
I had to take my mother to a doctor and swung by to get this finger dealt with...
He said we can do this and that but they usually come back so we really should cut it open etc...

He sends in this frolicking young nurse and she tells me I need to remove my shirt as it may get blood on it. She walks out to get a big towel to cover me and i now have my shirt off...

She sees the fresh chest damage and leaves abruptly and passes out in the back office.

The doctor and new nurse appear and he is cursing why didn't they fix that for you in the hospital. He was livid.. this guy really cared and I go to him all the time now.

Nobody else gave a darn.
The new nurse is queasy too.
He rips into that finger and slightly hits my fingernail from the inside and that my friends hurt...

I left there and got my mom and she freaked and felt bad for me taking her which I did daily... I'd happily do it everyday if I could

Surgeons often don't worry about scars. If it bother you maybe see a plastic surgeon to minimize it.

I'm surprised the finger doc didn't book you in for a surgery then charge you an arm and a leg.
