Heart Surgery Scar Staring

I think both of my spinal surgeons have been excellent, but I was told it looked like "Dr. Mohammad Jihad" did my neck fusion by one of my technicians. I started growing my beard longer immediately after surgery. My skin pulled and puckered so oddly I was afraid to shave it anyway. Still have it much longer 4 years later but the scar and skin are much, much better.
From a broken ankle in 2000 I have 2 plates and 7 or so screws in my right ankle, nice scars on both sides. Works fine. I have bolts, rods and screws in my spine from ladder shenanigans of 2022, the scar is visible above my waistline, but also the repair was flawless.
Varicose veins in lower right leg, some on the left too, but whatever.
My face has marks from SK removals, but my days of magazine modelling are over.....well they never started.
I can carry a conversation poolside with my visual history of misadventure. Who cares?

I had my right breast removed due to cancer. I flaunt my chest hoping somebody will ask me what happened. I've got 2 snappy answers. One is that it was bitten off in a bar fight and the other is a shark attack
