How does one go about removing condensation water droplets from the inside of headlight lenses?

Can be hard, I had that happen to my 03 Ranger's foglight and ended up taking it off and letting it dry out inside the house.
Washed it out too as it was dirty on the inside from the leak.
Inspected it and found a small crack by the base, Sealed it with silicone.

I'd get a replacement at a salvage yard.
Use a heat gun to remove/soften the rubber sealant gunk on the outside to where you can pull the clear plastic away. This will take a long long time, so be patient.
Once open, wipe down the inside. I'd put it out in the sun for a bit also.
All the gunk you've just removed can be used to re-seal the assembly after you've dried it out. Or use a new tube of rubber sealant. Try and make it airtight so that you won't have any more condensation issues in the future.

This was happening on my 93 Ford Taurus, it got so bad, one of the headlights filled with water and kept popping the bulb. I took a drill and drilled a hole in the lowest part of the plastic cover and then the highest part of the plastic cover, (I used a quarter inch drill bit). Did both headlights and haven't had a problem since.
This happened to my Z about a year ago. I fixed it the hard way.
Put the plastic casing in the oven on top of some wet cardboard for about ten minutes. Pulled it apart and completely cleaned the inside. Put it back in the oven to get it warm again. Finally used some black silicone sealant around the edges.
Result: looks brand new and no more condensation

Same here on my wife's Camry. I finally realized that it was sucking air in when it cooled off after driving at night, and the moisture after it cooled off had nowhere to go.
I put five very small holes in the bottom and one in the top where it was not open to water and it dried out and stayed dry.

It depends. Many I've seen are intentionally not sealed in the first place, so condensation is hard to avoid.
