Was running about 4Qts PYB + 1Qt PP. Both 5W30. About 1100KM on this fill. About 680KM on this filter.
Put about 4 ounces of Seafoam and idled for 10 minutes before dumping the oil.
Replaced with 5Qts PYB 5W30 + 350ML MMO, Hastings LF115. Planning for 1000KM to 1500KM this OCI.

Valve Train, Yes. I know its ugly. Taken at 263,961KM. ~164K Miles. But it's improving. So I'm happy.

Inside Can, its not much but scroll down. I filtered everything in the canister with a shop towel.

Filter Seam, kind of ugly. But, it does the job.

This Hastings LF115 certainly looks much better than the Napa ProSelect 21515 you Cut Open at 430KM.

Can you tell if you are making progress on the cleanup?

Not sure about the numbers, but the center tube design is unique. It's a spiral tube, and it has louvered holes that run continuous. The spiral tube is a stout design too. Kind of hard for me to explain. If I don't forget, I will take a couple pictures of the center tube design tomorrow because I like to take pictures outside during the day light. Media has already been stripped off the filter, so it will not be a problem to get a good look at it. Just glad that I did not trash it before I saw this post.

Feels like I'm making progress. The top end is a bit cleaner for sure. Just have to remember to not drive my truck and drive this one instead.

I am thinking you may be due for another short OCI. How is the cleanup progressing?
