Has Alumaseal been discontinued?

I'm doing web searches for Alumaseal, and I'm seeing indications that it's been discontinued. Some search results have links to amazon, the page comes up and shows the product and says unavailable. Straight-up searches on Amazon for Alumaseal don't actually turn up Alumaseal, but instead give k-seal, etc.

Alumaseal comes (or did come) as tablets and a liquid?

it was available as powder, liquid, and tablets. I have used the liquid version.

The liquid version is still available on Amazon.

The powder form has been discontinued.

Something I found on a sculpture supply website:

"Aluminum Powder is a controlled substance and is regulated by the Canadian Government. To purchase this item, we will require and image of a government issued ID and to know the intended use for the product."
