May your goose be cooked!
I cooked yesterday for the folks as my mom was working until 5 (One of the busiest days of the year at the LCBO) and my dad was busy working on his shed before the snow starts falling.
I cooked a Turkey roast. (Like a beef roast but with turkey instead, and it has a lot less work than a full turkey)
Garlic & Chive mashed potatoes, Steamed Green Beans with Garlic and a touch of olive oil, Fresh crescent rolls, Home made gravy using the drippings and an old recipe, Stuffing, Boiled carrots, Cranberry Sauce, and a homemade Apple Pie for dessert with some double churned Breyers vanilla ice cream.
It was delicious
Today we are sitting back enjoying the day off and will be making Turkey sandwiches with the left over turkey. (My favourite)

it's the County which has City of Guelph in it....if you get off at Trafalgar Rd. from Highway of Kings 401 and head north for about 7 to 10 minutes you shall be there... the heaven on Earth!
I see... I go to Guelph, Milton & Oakville all the time I should take a run up there next time I'm in the area to see what it is like.
