Thought I would try Gumout in the wife’s ‘21 Seltos 2.0L MPI. SUV (52K miles) that mainly runs on grocery store 87 octane fuel (Kroger) . * Which version of Gumout Regane has the max amount of PEA ?

They won't tell you for sure, but you can review the SDS on their site. They only list a range of PEA % ...
They used to have a "One and Done" product meant for annual treatment; I've not seen that in a long time.
The "All In One" is generally considered their higher % PEA (10-30) currently available.

The Gumout Regane Complete Fuel System Treatment Concentrate or the Gum Out Multi-system Tune Up are the two available at WM … I imagine in a good running vehicle most people probably just choose the former .

Maybe this will help . This is from their site .

Was thinking of a double dose with 2 consecutive fills of the treatmet . Just did a fill of both cars with premium 93 w/E10 gas and 12 ounce bottle of TECHRON Complete Fuel System Cleaner . One car will get another TECHRON Complete and the other with HIGH MILEAGE since it's over 100,000 miles . Thinking 2 in a row since unknown amount of P.E.A. in both products . Both cars will be getting an oil change not long after both treatments . THE COMPLETE states no more than 2 doses between O.C.s' ( 3,000 miles ? ) .

The SDS for each product simply says 10-30% PEA so we'll never know the exact amount. Anecdotally, I had better results with the Regane High Mileage version compared to Regane Complete
