It's been a while since I've fired slug out of any shotgun. Please educate us on why a slug can't be fired from a 12 gauge double barrel.
Double barrel shotgun is usually one barrel moderate and one barrel full choke, slugs and full chokes do not mix...Could cause serious damage to the gun or operator. Full choke brings the diameter of the barrel down to hold the shot together longer and make a better pattern at long distance. 12 gauge slug is appreciably larger than the barrel, could run the risk of sticking and blowing up the breech or splitting the end of the barrel...
Need a rifled barrel or a barrel the same inside diamter all the way down teh barrel for a slug.
