mjorgeeks recommended. in the report, click on the process, and it gives very detailed info about it..

Well, you gotta wonder about a program that runs a scan of running processes and can't decide if it is safe itself or not.
I have 3 things running as unknown security, one of which is processscanner[1].exe.
