grease compatibility

I did my bearings yesterday and used up the last of my OMC wheel bearing grease. It is a aluminum-complex grease. I know that there are some compatibility issues with grease, what can and cant i mix this grease with? The OMC grease is red, can i mix it with all red greases?

Aluminum complex is not compatible with most. Red is just a favorite color so you cannot go by that. Here is a pretty good chart that shows compatibility.
