Got picked up for Navy SWO!

After about three months of applications, paperwork, exams and MEPS, I got a call from my recruitor today. Got accepted as a Surface Warfare Officer! I graduate in May with a Bachelors in Political Science specializing in International Affairs from Southern Illinois University and have been applying to places like a mad man. Definitely relieved to know that I've got something lined up. I'll be a third generation sailor; my grandpa served in WWII, my uncle retired as a Senior Chief, my mom retired as a First Class. Time to begin the next step of my journey.
