GOT currie ?

I buy most of my spices from Penzeys Spices. You might be able to find a curry you like there. You can look them up at http://www.penzeys.com. I like their catalog because it explains what the spices are, how to use them. You will find several recipes in each catalog. I have been buying from them since 1981.
 
Penzeys is pretty good. Their vindaloo mix is top notch. I love the catalog as well.

My only gripe with Penzeys and it's not major - I'm a cinnamon nut. I can readily distinguish small subtleties in the varieties that the average person hardly tastes/smells. Well they have more than once mislabeled the order, sorta telling me someone is not watching the packaging - the product was not off (well it wasn't that fresh) - it just wasn't correct.

I do like the thick, Japanese style curry. There's a place In J-Town that has very good Japanese curry.
