On my Liberty the tcase sensor connector likes to wiggle free after some rough roads. What could I put on the connector to help?

Thanks!

Come on, a true Jeeper should have a stash of zip ties at all time.

Purchase a replacement connector is the best repair. Otherwise, zip tie is a very good solution, and wrap tape too.

Correct! All makers use CPA's ("the locks") on critical connections. If the connector is not fully seated, the CPA will not engage to notify that the connection is not properly made. I spent several years working with wire harness suppliers who supply GM and these connections with CPA's have reduced warranty claims and just make a better connection and better vehicle.

Not to argue.....At all, Just to expand the topic......

At a service/field level, I don't see many issues from GM's Delphi or Bosch connectors that are missing their CPA component. (Other than the "Lever Locks" on Modules & larger Gang Connectors)

Where some Chrysler connectors will NOT lock at all without the CPA lock being engaged. Get some sand/dirt/debris involved with a brittle connector close to a heat source & you can have a mess on your hands real fast.
First thing I do is.....Blow all the debris I can from around the connector, Spray it down with brake clean & blow it off again. Push the connector further-in while carefully pushing on the lock with a Awl or Pocket flat blade.
