Good exhaust parts

Accord needs a new exhaust system from the cat back. Previous records of this car ive seen have shown 3-4 year intervals on muffler and various sections of pipe. Now muffler is completely rusted through and two sections are pipe are rusted through.

I see good prices for exhaust systems on ebay, but they all have the import style muffler and stuff. I want oem look and quiet sound.

Would it be cheaper to go to a regular exhaust guy and have him bend me up a new system and weld in a muffler or to order them prefab and have exhaust guy install it.

i would just go to a shop and have have pre fab one of there, it cost from 70$ to 100$

Check RockAuto. Bosal sells two complete direct replacement pieces, including flanges, hangers, resonator and muffler, that, for $110 + shipping combined, will replace your entire cat-back exhaust system with high-quality new.

If you plan on keeping the car for a while, I would go stainless steel. I believe Walker now makes SS parts. Try their website.

While I hear you on the import stuff, Magnaflow makes awesome quality stuff and won't be that much louder than stock.

Bosal looks good. Both parts came to $117 but shipping is $70 to Canada! Will keep looking for local shippers.
