Good budget mITX motherboard

Im building my own desktop, intel 3.5 ghz I3 processor, 8gb ram, 256gb SSD, integrated graphics. My case is a cooler master elite 110 (its tiny!), and I need a good recommendation for a mini-ITX motherboard. My budget is sub-100$ for the board and it needs to fit my intel i3-4150 chip.

I just built a new PC using an ASRock H97M-ITX/ac. It's $90 and there's a $10 rebate. It comes with a RealTek 802.11AC miniPCI card. I've only had mine for 2 weeks, but I'm very happy with it so far.
